XO Asante releases new collection “African Barbie” for all body types

Fashion brand formerly known as Rule 114 but now XO Asante has paved its way back to the industry by unveiling its 2016 capsule collection “African Barbie”
The print design has been in trend for a period of time now and is being used by most models as their clothing’s from head to toe. The collection displays a fusion of African Prints with organza, stretch cotton, Lycra and more to beautify and blend cloth pieces.
The brand’s capsule collection is the first of its kind after its comeback to the fashion world.
Inspired by the director’s deeply rooted Ghanaian values together with living in New York City the collection is designed to suit women of every shape and size hence recapping beauty for all sizes.
The creative director Serwah Asante said, “We chose to incorporate our love of color and pattern to develop a unique line of bold African print textiles in versatile fabrications such as Lycra blend, neoprene, stretch cotton and organza”
